Carpet Cops began in Lake Tahoe, Nevada in 2000 with the business model of doing it right! We disagreed with the classic carpet cleaning move of “BAIT AND SWITCH’ which would send a coupon with a cheap price and then charge more when it’s actually cleaned. People told us we would never succeed and that that is the only way to drive business in the market. Well after a few years it was proven that they were wrong. We had taken our mom and pop carpet cleaning company to a successful local business that is beginning to go down the road of national franchising.

First off, what makes us stand out is we are honest and educated in our industry. Every technician is certified by the IICRC to make sure we have the most educated carpet cleaning staff available. On top of that, we are vertically integrated by owning the chemical company Organic Cleaning Compounds and the truck mount company Fox Truck Mounts which have been around since the 50’s and are leading in the industry. This allows us to always have the best equipment running at its peak performance in order to do the best job possible. This also allows us to know exactly what is going into the fully organic cleaning compounds that we use to clean your floors and upholstery to know they are safe and effective!
